I truly can't believe how good this looks. You really should try to apply for a job in graphics design for video games, and show this to them. Who knows, you might just get a job there! I Would love to see this in a game or some thing. It kind of looks like it is on a floating island, because you have the grass kind of cover the dirt. The Sky looks like it disappears in to the gray background of Deviantart due to how you had it slowly disintegrate. The Motion looks stunning, and I kind of wish there was more of it, mostly around the sun's beams, But it is a overall beautiful peace of art!
Gorgeous! Loving the colours! It's great how you've used the deeper greens at the front and the yellower, brighter shades towards the back, so it really feels like the sun is shining out on the horizon, and the baker is working in the cooler share. Nice work!
The smoke is fluid, yet subtle so that it doesn't detract from the whole piece. The windmill is slow and fluid, and the baker, while his animations are short and quick, doesn't detract from the rest of the animation either.
Should I consider experimenting with any changes, it would be to try slower, more gradual hand movements from the baker - but this would be an experiment to see if it adds to or takes away from, I'm not saying it needs to be changed. It works great as is. An advantage of the way you've done it shorter and quicker is that I think it helps draw your eye from the slower, more fluid other animations, so I believe you made the right choice.
Personally I think the piece is brilliant, and I think the high cap is that it makes me feel warm inside, which such a piece should. That's why I clicked it out of a long list of others, to enjoy.
